Bizz Id is an online business directory that allows companies to create profiles, publish catalogs and be found by potential customers and investors. Users can search companies by sector, save favorites and contact them directly.

3. Registration and account

Registration is required to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities carried out with your account. The information provided must be truthful and up to date.

4. Plans and payments

Bizz Id offers free and paid plans. Prices are displayed on the plans page and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.

5. User content

You are responsible for the content you publish on Bizz Id. It is not permitted to publish illegal, offensive, misleading content or content that infringes third-party rights. Bizz Id reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The design, logos, texts and source code of Bizz Id are the property of MarbePharma. Content published by users remains the property of their respective authors, who grant Bizz Id a license to display it on the platform.

7. Limitation of liability

Bizz Id acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the accuracy of information published by companies, transactions between users and companies, or damages arising from the use of the platform.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and, if significant, notified by email.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish and European law. For any dispute, the courts of Spain shall have jurisdiction.
